8x10 Original Oil on canvas panel, palette knife. The light at Anini is always different. This day started out cloudy, then all of a sudden the sun came out bringing a sunlit beach. I can't stop painting at Anini.

8x10 Original Oil on canvas panel. I always think that I only want to paint on sunny days, but every day is a beautiful day. The overcast weather made for softer colors. A passing dog was admiring my painting but got sand all over it! I knew that it would come off with a brush when the painting was dry, and I was right!

8x10 Original Oil on canvas panel. Unfortunately I bought a low megapixel camera and am disappointed in the results. But at least I had my own paint, easel and canvases. United lost my luggage ( paint, easel, brushes, clothes, make up and prescriptions.) For the first 40 hours of my 72 hours on Molokai ( Everyone was very generous to lend me stuff but as I was freaked out, my paintings the first day and a half were frizbees. Really!
